Alstef Group, supplier of automated material handling solutions, and Falcon Autotech, a global warehouse automation solution provider, have announced the successful launch of a state-of-the-art parcel sortation system set to elevate the operational prowess of Aramex Sydney.
The cornerstone of this project is the state-of-the-art cross belt sorter manufactured and engineered by Falcon to process up to 16,000 parcels per hour. This system is designed to handle a wide variety of parcel sizes and shapes, ensuring Aramex Sydney’s distribution network is both swift and accurate, thereby enhancing the end customer experience.
Alstef Group played a vital role in this project by providing comprehensive support during installation. They were responsible for managing all installation labour, as well as the design and supply of 1000m2 of mezzanine platforms to mount the conveyors.
